Virgin’s Thrive Summit continues to, well, thrive! I was there from the beginning, branding it and producing the first few of these industry-leading events.

Everyone wants engaged employees. I kicked off 2016’s Thrive with a video that asked employers if they were engaged, too.

We were the first in the Virgin Group to produce our own Virgin Disruptors event. I branded it, and gathered an amazing group of leaders including the late, great Tony Hsieh of Zappos.
